Long-term Tax Agreement (LTA)

A LTA is a private-public partnership that works:

  • You agree to new construction, renovations, or some other improvements

  • The taxing jurisdiction agrees to offset the cost by lowering taxes for some period of time

  • This is a true win-win outcome
